HiTemp Advances Waste Management with Rotary Kiln Systems

RINGOES, NJ, August 5, 2024 — HiTemp Tech Corporation (HTT) designs modular rotary-kiln systems for industrial thermal-processing and waste-management applications.

HiTemp's solid-waste rotary kiln systems are offered in configurations with stated processing capacities from 10 to 100 tons per day, depending on waste heating value, composition and system design. Multiple units may be combined when additional capacity is required. Energy recovery requires project-specific heat-recovery and power-generation equipment.

Separate indirect-fired rotary kiln systems isolate process material from burner combustion gases and may be configured for applications such as activated-charcoal, biochar or syngas production. These are distinct from direct-fired municipal solid-waste systems.

The company also supplies catalytic oxidizers and thermal oxidizers for compatible industrial VOC and emissions-control applications. System selection depends on the gas-stream composition, flow, required destruction efficiency, catalyst compatibility and applicable emissions requirements.
